In honor of Endangered Species Day (May 17, 2024), the Roger Williams Park Zoo hosts a multi-state art contest to raise awareness and help save threatened and endangered species. The contest is open to homeschoolers and students in grades K-12.

Entries can be submitted online and will be accepted until Sunday, April 7, 2024. The grand prize features a family membership to the Roger Williams Park Zoo (a $149 value). Other prizes include an adopt-an-animal package, getting your masterpiece framed, award certificates, honorable mentions, and more.

You can read all of the contest rules, get prize specifics and browse past winners here. And if you're interested, here's a list of kid-friendly competitions we think all Boston moms should know about.
